Join our Events Team to help deliver the best travel experience to our trip earners!  This position will primarily be booking travel arrangements for qualified participants, with accuracy and speed being the primary objective.  To become an integral part of the event team, some cross-functional job duties will be required including, but not limited to, assistance with large event registrations both leading up to and on-site, as well as some general assistance with monthly recognition projects.  This position will require some local travel and some additional travel outside of the state on a quarterly basis.  This is a full-time position with flexible hours and some nights and weekends will be required. 


  • Organize and manage multiple large spreadsheets
  • Act as liaison between travelers and travel company booking hundreds of flights and scheduling transportation over multiple event programs annually
  • Ensure all registrants information has been correctly filled out and is print ready
  • Create and work on "live" documents with up to date data
  • Manage all relevant data regarding travel, including budgets and reconciliation
  • Create comprehensive SOP for all reward travel processes
  • Ability to be creative and come up with new ideas to drive motivation and revenue
  • Keep up with current and new travel trends and policies
  • Own specific projects in their entirety, as well as participate as a teammate on other projects within the department


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work individually as well as be an integral participant in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written- clarity is key
  • Fulfill all duties in a timely manner, including ad-hoc and last minute requests
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, to include but not limited to Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional organizational skills are mandatory
  • Based on self-organizing team concepts, be willing and able to help the team complete projects and objectives as needed
  • Occasional travel and weeknight / weekend work

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in hospitality/travel, project management or administrative capacity
  • Network Marketing or corporate travel experience is a plus!
